LoanStacker enhances BytePro’s by recognizing each document in the loan file and saving each one as a separate PDF file in the BytePro document folder. By having each document in a separate file, working with the electronic copy is much easier and faster. You can find the document you need instantly without flipping through pages in a paper document or on the screen.
With separated, organized files you can also create custom sort orders that make it easier for underwriters to process a long list of files. With a single click all the documents are in the same order as their checklist, and they can just work from the top to the bottom. Sorting can also be used to create “stack orders” required by banks when the mortgage documentation is submitted. All the files are re-sorted and exported to a single PDF file in the sort order required by your bank.
